Our people have the freedom to work in a way that balances what’s best for them and for MIB.
Most of our people work a combination of at home and in our offices in Milton Keynes and London. What this looks like depends on each individual, their team and the role they do. We’ve built our agile approach on these five principles:

Wherever possible, we want to enable you to balance your home and work life and remain productive
Customer first
Our customers’ needs are primary and we need to make sure we are all able to compensate them quickly, fairly and compassionately.
Ownership
Each business area will identify and agree their own local guidance for how often people need to be in the office.
Adaptability
If your needs change, we will try to adapt, especially where you give us plenty of notice. And if MIB’s needs change, we’ll do the same, giving you notice and 7 consulting with you if necessary.
